This book was a bit of a let down after how amazing the first book was. The suspense and thrill from the first book lacked a bit in this one, but it was still enjoyable and the plot was interesting. I didn’t particularly like the way the book ended though.
One thing that makes me question how much I enjoyed this book is whether I rated it high because it was genuinely good or whether I’m still stuck on his good the first book was, and because I’m already attached to the characters, I’m rating this high
