finally we have the long-awaited story of gigi and antonio (and amara), the children of two rival families, the marchetti & the lombardi.

gigi, daughter of cristian marchetti and sister of benny, is considered a mafia princess and protected by her father at any cost, so much so that he’ll never manage to arrange a marriage for her like he did for benny.
antonio is the youngest son of the lombardi family who finds themselves at war against the marchetti because of vinny, the eldest son.

although we already know some facts from the two previous books, with gorgeous villain we retrace the story from the beginning, from the first meeting between gigi and antonio which in the timeline is even before the events that happened in gorgeous monster.

antonio is immediately obsessed with gigi, so much so that he follows her and surprises her wherever she goes, even when she goes to italy to visit her relatives. gigi on the other hand over time begins to fall in love with antonio although she knows that her father will not allow a marriage with a lombardi.

things start to go wrong when antonio finds himself head of the lombardi family and must simultaneously fight a war against his uncle who wants to come to power because he believes he’s the true successor to vincent lombardi and against marchetti.
and so their love story (and their marriage) begins!

the story of gigi and antonio is full of twists, surprises and much more and, although antonio occasionally touches the limits of psycho, we love him anyway because what kind of mafia romance would it be without a slightly crazy and morally gray hero?
