wtf mindfck??? THAT ENDING??????
before spoilers: i think? i liked the first book more but then i like this book more for the character development & dynamics! also i love seeing all the different locations that they travel to throughout this book
i think this book could’ve been condensed though— in the case of book 1, i didn’t think the world building was excessive or too bad and the length of book 1 was fine but this one could’ve been shorter, i think? it wasn’t bad but just a minor note
this is like pretty gory imo. pretty gruesome descriptions and lots of violence in pretty relative detail.
the writing got a little worse (compared to book 1) but it’s not like terrible or unbearable? i think sometimes the little quirks and jokes landed well but sometimes they were just a little too much, if that makes sense.
ALSO I LOVE KIERAN!!!!!!!!!
