This one was recommended to me as “the greenest green flags with the sweetest BL manhua written by a male author” and I have to agree. This was really cute and the story was well fleshed out, the characters were interesting and relatable, there were multiple great supporting characters, and it was pretty art too. The way that they’re both (tbh all the friends) so protective made my heart ache a bit because I know that it’s from a place of experience not just personality. It was beautiful. And I appreciated the depth that homophobia was explored & the stories of their families, who came around and who didn’t. It was just a really good story.

My only complaint was the censorship but that’s not on the author, that’s on China
