This book was brought to my attention by a fellow reviewer and something about it piqued my interest. I am not really a morning person but have already for the past week woken up an hour earlier than normal and followed the morning routine presented here. It has definitely helped me get out of bed and start being productive right away and feeling awake, rather than staying in bed for another 30 minutes checking my phone. What I didn't like so much was that it sounded exactly like a motivational speaker up on stage (which, granted, he is) as well as all of the grammatical errors. There are so many that it felt very unprofessional, and this copy was printed several years after the original publication date.
