This was a really good ending to the Renegades series! I don’t think it was quite as good as the other two books but it still was wonderful. The three little twists at the end were interesting but did not leave me in complete shock like some of the other twists. I also found it interesting how Meyer used the same twist for ace and magpie, the actually-not-dead twist. I also wondered if the three twists (evie being magpie, phobia being adrian's creation and ace being evil) were intended from the start of the series. They felt kind of thought of at the last minute but that doesn't diminish their impact! They were great twists! However I didn’t like the ending how everyone got powers, i thought it would be better if no one got their powers back. . This book was also quite gory with in depth description of mutilation and self mutilation, murder and other dark themes. I really enjoyed this book and read it on a single day, Feb 13th.
