Spring Skies Over Bluebell Castle
by Sarah Bennett
Although I didn’t read this beautiful story in one sitting I was still captivated by every single page! We meet Lucie who is having a bit of bother in her life which leads her to apply for a job at the grand Bluebell Castle. These events lead us to meet the gorgeous baronet Arthur Ludworth and his siblings Tristan and Iggy, among other quaint characters such as Lancelot and Mrs W. I adored the setting of Bluebell Castle as it made me feel like I was transported to a different period of time when discovering the history of the castle and the estate.
Lucie is struggling with life because of her past and she doesn’t want anyone to find out about it but as you know secrets always come out in the end, her past always has a way of catching up with her and in the end she is faced with a difficult decision but more of that when you read the book for yourself.
‘Spring Skies Over Bluebell Castle’ is about love, family bonds, loss and above all sacrifice ❤️ Sarah’s writing took me from feeling sadness to frustration to suspense to happiness! What a rollercoaster read and I for one absolutely loved it. I am so excited to read the next instalment in the series and to hopefully catch up with Lucie and the rest of the gang! 😊 I give ‘Spring Skies Over Bluebell Castle’ 5*/5*
