When True Night Falls by C.S. Friedman

This one was great! Some parts were a little predictable, but the character development was a lot better in this book.
I also appreciate that the author was giving us some more information about how the planet works, how the Church was established, and humanity's efforts to survive on this planet.

I felt really sad about Hesseth's death! I felt a lot more for her character and Jenseny than I did for Ciani, so I think there was a lot of improvement thereI also appreciate that the author was giving us some more information about how the planet works, how the Church was established, and humanity's efforts to survive on this planet.
