Gemina by Jay Kristoff, Amie Kaufman

5.0

After we finished Illuminae Destiny and I moved on to rereading Gemina and once again I never wrote a review for this one. In this book we get the same multi media formatting and the audiobook has a full cast narration with sound affects. Again I highly suggest listening to the audiobook while following along in the book. This time around we are following different characters on Jump Station Heimdall. There are a lot of characters but the main ones are Hannah, Nik and Ella. We also see some previous characters at some points throughout this book. We get some humor, a lot of action with a little romance thrown in. I'm surprised at what I remembered and what I forgot from my previous reads of this. My one complaint this time is that there is a section that was repetitive and I know why it was that way it didn't stop it from being a bit annoying especially when listening to it. That being said though I still loved it just as much as I did the first time I read it and I can't wait for my reread of Obsidio.
