Chapterhouse: Dune by Frank Herbert

2.0

Lots of points-of-view (at least initally), moving at a glacial pace, only to end on what's essentially a cliffhanger.

It's very driven by dialogue between various characters, and they always allude to unsaid (but seemingly obvious) things that I'm not picking up on, making it hard to enjoy as I'm missing most of the meaning. There are some highlights here and there, but for me to enjoy it, it would have to be shortened to 200-something pages.

It's simply not for me.
