I think Snyder always does a really good job of raising the stakes in her books and I've always liked her complex (and sometimes infuriating) characters who are always both right and wrong. Saw the cliffhanger ending coming a mile away, which I think it actually a good thing.
My one complaint isn't her fault, but why on earth is Yelena whitewashed in the new covers? I guess her publishers made the decision so the books would sell which is such a fucking shame. I'll just indulge myself and forever imagine that she looks like Zoë Saldana in my head.
