The Last Battle
by C.S. Lewis
And so concludes The Chronicles of Narnia.
Lewis did a great job concluding every storyline from the series in this book. It almost felt like an Avengers-style accumulation of every character meeting.
Just like the other books, the religious imagery (this time the book of Revelation) was wonderfully & tastefully done.
Experiencing the entire series in sequence like this will take some time to chew on, but in glad I finally got around to doing it. It truly is one of the book series everyone should read before they die.
I must say goodbye to Narnia, but, like the Pevensie children, my memories are fond & I will visit them often.
