3.0
Book: The Moirai What does your destiny hold for you?
Author: Surbhi Sachdeva
"Every love has its time, if it did not succeed at that time, doesn’t mean it wasn’t true, it only means that the time was not yours."
-Surbhi Sachdeva from The Moirai
Moirai means 'the Fates'. This is a story of Meera Verma, a 45 year old women, banker by profession, mother of two children, Nia amd Aarav and wife of Tushar. The story has two phases. One is the present life of Meera and the other one is the phase of her collage life.
As Tushar and Meera are not happy with their life, so they decides to take divorce. The things and emotions went complicated when their child and their parents heard about their decision. But at last, they succeeded to take divorce. After divorce, Meera decided to live in the place which is much closer to her heart, as her past and her emotions was deeply affected by that place, by the person who lives there in the past. One day, she decides to go to the cafe near her collage and she was amazed to see the changes in the cafe. She also meet Kaka there, the owner of the canteen. Kaka treates her and her friends, Aditi and Pallavi as their own child. She was mesmerised to see him there. Now she started visiting the cafe daily. One day, she sensed a very similar scent, of someone really close to her heart. The voice was also very similar. She then went towards him and she found the man standing there was Kabir. Kabir, her love, her life.
Then things started changing in their life after she meet Kabir.
What will happen, if Kabir refused to know her or if he still love her?
Does she ever be able to tell her past to thier children? Will they accept everything oo will their relationship will be cracked?
What will happen to their fate, their Moirai?
To know what will happen next, you have to read this story.
For me the language was quite easy and good. It will be very good for the beginners. Also, the story was somehow predictable for me.
If you love to read Indian romamce, you can definitely pick it.
