This series. THIS SERIES!!!!!!
I can’t recall a time where I read a series of books and felt invested in every. Single. Major. Character. Hell, I was even invested in Levana at the very end! Everyone’s character arcs were so full of tragedy and sadness, especially Wolf in this volume, but I am so satisfied by the end of this series. All of that hard work, the anguish, the happiness, the sadness paid off by the end, and I feel so content. So much so, that I really want to read or write fanfiction just to satisfy my own desires to see these beloved characters live their happy lives. Like, come on, Cress would totally be enamored by the plant life of Earth and ABSOLUTELY FILL the Rampion with plants to the point where Thorne has to stage an intervention to make her stop. I’m just saying, it probably happened!!!!
Anyway, this series was SO GOOD!! IT WAS SO GOOD!!!! Fairytales, believable sci-fi elements, romance, action, angst, heartbreak, and escort-droid Iko!!! It had everything I wanted and more!!!
All of my children are PERFECT and I LOVE THEM DEARLY!!!!
