It's a fun little fantasy-adventure. But there were a couple of things with the plot that really bothered me:
-When Taran has met with Gwydion and hears that princess Eilonwy's life is in danger.... Why doesn't simply tell her that he has met Gwydion and that Gwydion thinks her life is in danger? I mean that would make sense for him to warn her!
-The classic "We must save princess"-plot. I mean Eilonwy is being set up as this woman that can take care of herself if push comes to shove. So it irks me that she becomes completely helpless at this point.
