DID NOT FINISH: 37%

I had no interest in either main character or the (lack of) chemistry between them. The “conflict” was repetitive and should have been easily resolved. I also don’t love possessive language; I powered through it for the first two books in this series, but it became too much in this book. MMC said “I have to protect my woman. And in this moment, I’ve decided she in mine.” I didn’t make it much past that.
