Was this a perfect book? No. But I was invested in these people loving and trusting and then distrusting and then Trusting each other again.  My only issue with this book was the traveling. They’d go to one place, just to get there, only to have to leave again and go back to where they were. It felt almost like it was just trying to fill up pages. 

The ending was a bit rushed but overall I like what the author chose to do. Our broken blades were never going to have a happily ever after and I’m ok with the ending. (Also I may have teared up twice in this book. I’m a sucker for reunions and sacrifices what can I say.) this was a fun time and easy to read and I look forward to more from this author.
