I must be missing something. Not a particularly interesting or insightful book; contains tons of the exercises that physical therapists give to runners. Most of them are dreadful to perform. Most of the supporting evidence is provided as studies cited within the footnotes at the end. I would have liked to read more into it. Important for elite runners, but if you alternate cycling, rowing, and a pull-up bar routine, you're 99% of the way there already. No point in doing the mundane stuff.
