The Girl You Lost
by Kathryn Croft
I was lucky enough to get an advance copy of this book from Netgalley.
Matt & Simone are new parents, Matts Mum takes their new baby Helena out to let them have some time, only she takes Ill & some one takes the baby!
Years later Grace turns up claiming she's Helena & she's done something she needs help to hide & work out what happened.
Simone & her colleague Abbott get involved in a mystery when Grace disappears, leading them to an unsavoury restaurant owner Lucas, names that keep reappearing, confusing clues & another missing girl in the mix. The terrible truth starts to come out as they get to know Graces mother Ginny, her brother & his link with Lucas, how Ginny is involved & what exactly started within this group, no matter the badness, Simone needs to know what happened.
Twists occur & the book just flows with lots happening, none confusing, so well written the plot flows.
