I just finished moments ago and I'm still reeling a bit because, just as in real life, sometimes you don't get a story with a conclusion that wraps up everything with a bow. What really was true, if anything? Out of the family who is the monster, the liar, the victim? I suppose upon reflection the answer is both everyone and no one at the same time. 

I will say the audio book is particularly gripping and the cast does an absolutely phenomenal job with this. This is story with some shocking moments, some twists that you could deduce from the well written breadcrumbs, and some truly emotional and stressful passages.
