The Clockmaker's Daughter
by Kate Morton
"The Clockmaker's Daughter" is one of those completely satisfying novels that is such a pleasure to spend time with. I always enjoy Kate Morton, but this novel brought in so many interconnected stories that kept you guessing and added to the complexity of the book.
Morton neatly stirs in four additional time periods to the modern story and each one includes its own surprises and spice to the overall tale. Rich and enjoyable, you will savor each layer of this marvelous concoction.
