loved it. maybe i’m biased because i got to self insert with the mcs name being megan and her sharing many a trait with me, but i still loved it nonetheless. and i don’t even like christmas!
was it literary and cerebral? no. was i looking for it to be that? no. was the love interest a dickhead who got away with horrible behaviour simply because he was the love interest? (thankfully) no!
so, overall, great book. hit the spot and made me laugh.
side note: publishers, STOP describing books by their tropes. it’s a) awful and completely reductive and b) in this case misleading. i wouldn’t even think of this as forced proximity. i hate this trend.
