9 year old Lunella Lafayette was too smart for her own good and misunderstood by everyone including her family, classmates and even the Hulk (I was so excited for his appearance!). Lunella is a super genius with dormant inhuman genes that she’s afraid of activating because she’s afraid of what will change and how she’ll be treated. She’s already made fun of at school and her only friend is Devil Dinosaur.

Lunella is very relatable and I love how this is kind of a coming of age story as well.

I LOVED the artwork in this! It was so cute and colorful. Interesting origins though and I’m still a little confused about it but I’ll definitely be continuing with the series to learn more.
