This was a fun read!
For a YA audience, I’d say this was an enjoyable, spice free, intriguing retelling on the classic Peter Pan. As an adult reading YA, Wendy did feel more immature than I typically enjoy, but it never crossed into annoying behaviour. I may have found a couple fight scenes hard to believe, but this is fantasy, haha, and we live for the unexpected!
The romance was sweet, and Wendy and Liam had great chemistry. Neverland is different than the world we remember as kids. But it’s still an adventure waiting to happen on the second star to the right and straight on till morning.
Also, the cover hooked me! 😍 Gorgeous!
