92% read via audiobook and the last 8% read in a physical copy since the audiobook returned before I could finish it (whoops!). I do love Hoopla though and the convenience of borrowing audiobooks (and graphic novels) from it!! So much love for library-based e-loan apps.
This was a pretty good story. What am I saying, of course it was, I haven’t met a book by JD Robb that I haven’t enjoyed. The narrator for this one was intense so this is NOT a good audiobook to listen to if you want to relax, as she amped up the tension vocally when the plot called for it. Very well-narrated though as a whole. Just not calming to listen to as at times she would raise her voice (again, when the plot called for it).
