The Warrior's Apprentice by Lois McMaster Bujold

5.0

I knew I was in for a treat, having read [b:Cordelia's Honor|61900|Cordelia's Honor (Vorkosigan Saga, #1-2; Vorkosigan Omnibus, #1)|Lois McMaster Bujold|http://d.gr-assets.com/books/1348819303s/61900.jpg|5366624] and being introduced to the tasty writing of Lois McMaster Bujold. But I was still nevertheless extremely pleased with every aspect of this most excellent next book in her Vorkosigan Saga. That very afternoon after finishing this book, I went out to my favorite used bookstore (Read It Again, Suwanee, Georgia) and picked up the next two episodes in the fantasgreat life of Miles Vorkosigan. I am going to have to practice some serious discipline to NOT read them just yet, lest the other books I'm reading, much less the other books long standing in my queue, be neglected! Oh and yes, I figured out which of the characters on the front cover (of this edition) is Miles. Awesomesauce abounds in this future-Earth-based sci-fi, action, and political intrigue space opera!
