The Perricone Prescription: A Physician's 28-Day Program for Total Body and Face Rejuvenation by Nicholas Perricone

5.0

Urges low-sugar/refined carbs, no coffee but green tea. Urges salmon (which I haven't had in a while) as the top protein. Also promotes virgin olive oil as a health food, but that way of thinking is changing lately, isn't it, from when this was released in 2002? Perricone states that healthy diet is the best anti-aging tool, and talks about different food's effects. He strongly recommends supplements as necessary but I've heard a good diet is all a person needs until they're old. He's very knowledgeable and explains all the topical vitamins and ingredients for good skin. He talks about exercise (even just a brisk walk), sleep, and the Perricone 28-day wrinkle-free program, which is basically about all these things but mostly diet (protein with every meal) and washing the face. Lots of before and after pics.
