Brick Lane by Monica Ali

Did not finish book.

It was so slow. I truly wanted to like it and the story line itself was interesting, but every sentence felt long winded. I read about half of the book and just could not bare to keep going anymore. I did read the last chapter to see how it ended and didn’t feel like I missed anything... so do with that what you will!
