As Time Goes By by Mary Higgins Clark
1.0
Mary Higgins Clark was an excellent mystery writer, years ago. She is one of the first mystery writers that I read.
I don't know why I try to read her novels now, they are so predictable. It is always very easy to "solve" at least part of the mystery within the first third of the book.
This novel was no different.
This book isn't a bad read but it plots the same way that all of her novels do, none of the characters are more than two dimensional, other than Elvirah and Willy. The bad guys are so disreputable as to not to be believed. I'm sad, she was once great but these are barely mediocre.
