This was not a great book. I couldn't even finish it, on top of this, the storyline was so far-fetched, and irregular, that for the majority of the time, I had no clue that this was a fairy-tale retelling. Robin Mckinley has much improved in her writing since this book(See my 'Beastly' review), thankfully, as this book made a mockery of the much-loved fairy tale- Sleeping beauty. I would recommend this book is not read and that it has a major re-editing.
