I’ve went back and forth on whether to read this book or not. I wasn’t sure it would be for me. Then I started seeing reviews on it and I figure why not give it a shot. I read the first few pages and I was hooked! If you’re a fan of the show Ghost Whisperer with Jennifer Love Hewitt I think you will really get into this book. I’m a person who doesn’t like ghosts. Ever since I was a kid and swore my house was haunted I had this agreement with the ghosts that I don’t want to see them, ever! So I’m not sure why I love this book and the show Ghost Whisperer but whatever. Florence Day ghosts writes romance for an author. She grew up in the funeral home business with her parents and siblings. From a young age she could see ghosts and to everyone else that made her weird. She moved away and started a new life elsewhere and didn’t really go home much. Now she’s back home and things are happening. I don’t think this book was suppose to be spooky but I got chills about 22% in. I LOVE when a book can do that to me. The romance in this book was so sweet and the family dynamic was unique and beautiful. Ugh. I loved this book so much!
