Much darker than ATLA,, very engaging and thought-provoking! I thought certain things were rushed and other things dragged out a bit, but I was thoroughly engaged overall. We get to learn all about Kyoshi’s history and what made her who she is. Kyoshi’s journey to becoming who she is is not what I expected, but makes complete sense! Can’t wait to read the sequel!
