Simple but effective

I wanted to wait a few weeks before I posted my review. It's not a normal book where you read and have instant gratification. It's a program, a process. So I'm now in week 4 of the process and I'm confident I can give an honest review. Although weight loss is not normal in the first 4 weeks, I've lots 10lbs but more importantly. I've suffered from headaches and light headedness for quite some time. Since I started on my Wilder Way journey, I've stopped having that problem completely. I also find myself having more energy and my body feeling stronger. This program works and it was simple. There is enough direction and substitutions that you really don't miss out on any of your favorite treats. This program is a life changer!
