We’re back with the gang, The Dragon Reborn continues right where The Great Hunt left off. We get more Perrin POVs, as well as Egwene, The Amyrlin Seat,   Mat and Nynaeves POV Rands POV is very slim, but it’s okay because I really enjoyed the supporting characters stories. All characters gradually developing with each book. Each book just gets better and better. Without giving too many spoilers, we get to know more of Perrins arc and his abilities. New Dark One creatures are introduced. We learned more about the different Talents such as Dreaming. More lore behind the Forsaken. New characters are introduced. More lore behind the Aiel and Maidens of the Spear. I’m just absolutely baffled at the worldbuilding and all of this stuff was sat in Jordans head. It’s amazing. I’m still loving the same characters, but really starting to love the Amyrlin Seat as well as a few villains too. I still hate Mats character, but his banter is sometimes enjoyable. This was honestly hard without spoilers… but I’m still really obsessed with this series.
