A Curse for True Love by Stephanie Garber

5.0

My blood is boiling at the thought of Aurora and Apollo. Mainly Aurora. I want to rip away her skin and punch her in the face until she is unrecognizable. I'd gleefully rid the world of her existence.
Vengeances aside, I loved the part about Jacks's curse being twisted by the story curse. Finally my heart didn't feel guilty about them being together and bad for Evangeline. I thought Jacks was going to die. Thank the author for not killing him (although I hate the fact that she didn't kill Aurora).
Jacks's scream when he mistakenly thought Evangeline made my heart melt.
I dreaded Lala ending up as the 'bad guy'. So again thank the author, that didn't happen. But Dane??? Seriously. Lala?
I generally hate memory-loss tropes, but this one was manageable.

I have so many unanswered questions, I don't know what to do.
And my heart fluttered when Jacks said he didn't need apples anymore and I thought about how there were so many apple cores in his room after they spent time in the hollow (probably) in book 2 (probably).
And I was squealing in joy when Jacks called Apollo 'son of a bitch'.

Totally loved the book. Not at all overrated. Worth the hype.
Does Castor like Lala?
