Rhythm of War was perfectly done in what it was trying to accomplish. It was a lot slower action wise when compared to WoR and even OathBringer but at this point in the story, I was sooo incredibly invested in the characters and what was happening to them that the lack of action did not bother me at all. Not to say, it did not have any action at all with the final sanderlanche being mind-blowing as usual. Also, I think this book had the first death in the entire series so far and I still haven't gotten over it as yet. FUCK MOASH. But, all in all, I think this has to be one of my favorite books in the series simply because of Sanderson's character work so far.
