oh i'm crazy i'm frothing at the fucking mouth. this is absolutely my favorite usman t. malik yet, not that that is surprising, because i go fucking insane for stories about storytelling and evil women and--well, let us say that the plot twist was ALSO exactly up my alley. also malik's prose is just soooooo fucking pretty and the nested storytelling format... yes it started a little slow but i cannot bear to give this less than five stars. AND YOU CAN READ IT FOR FREE!
