Take a Hint, Dani Brown by Talia Hibbert

4.0

What a wonderful time this was! Dani is a confident, clever, curvy and queer catch (all hail the power of alliteration!), but she's afraid of commitment... Enter Zaf, an anxious and sarcastic romance reader. The chemistry was on point!

Bullet review:
- Vibrant and witty
- Top notch funny banter
- Compelling characters
- Cute-yet realistic romance
- Minimal miscommunication
- Very well written steaminess

I'm not too well versed in the romance genre, so don't count on me to rank this on a smut-scale, just know it's definitely not closed-door and quite explicit if that is something that bothers you.
Like me, Dani's PhD has taken over her life, and I loved following her journey as she learns to balance everything.
TW: death of family in the past
Bonus points: bisexual MC and love interest has anxiety, great rep for both!
