Peter Darling by Austin Chant
Did not finish book. Stopped at 35%.
Above all, the writing style didn't work for me. It looked too simple and childish even if the story itself wasn't.
Even though I like the idea of Peter Darling, I didn't like the other changes like Tinker Bell still being alive when fairies in Neverland supposedly live short lives and that there is a new lost boy with the name Ernest.
I am not a fan of the original Peter Pan book, but it seems most retellings are inspired by the movies either way. I thought that liking some aspects about Neverland and the premise of the story would be enough to make me like this book, but unfortunately it didn't work for me.
