Diablo!!! Y’all, we finally get his story and it. Is. EVERYTHING. Skylar was absolutely perfect for our little chaos gremlin. Age Gap! Bodyguard! DubCon! CNC! Cora, you nailed it all with so much heat and heart. I cackled from start to finish. The way you weaved together snark, heart, and sexiness is unbelievable.

ʜᴇ’ꜱ ᴛʜᴇ ʙʀᴀᴛᴛɪᴇꜱᴛ ʙʀᴀᴛ ᴡʜᴏ ᴇᴠᴇʀ ʙʀᴀᴛᴛᴇᴅ.

Love, love, LOVE!

Where do I even start? Diablo is chaos. When he needs/wants something, he doesn’t. He lashes out and creates chaos everywhere he goes. Skylar reads him like a book. The way he handles Diablo’s tantrums is both hilarious and hot afffff. I simply adored their chemistry and relationship. The development was *chefs kiss*

“ɪ ɴᴇᴇᴅ ᴛᴏ ꜰɪɴᴅ ᴀ ᴡᴀʏ ᴛᴏ ᴛᴀᴍᴇ ʏᴏᴜ.”
“ᴛʜᴀᴛ’ꜱ ɴᴏᴛ ᴀ ᴛʜɪɴɢ. ɪ’ᴍ ᴡɪʟᴅ. ɪ’ᴍ ꜰᴇʀᴀʟ.”

I stg Cora outdoes herself with every new release. Every single book in this series is a favorite of mine. the characters are quirky and flawed and damaged but they’re also so lovable and descriptive and vulnerable.

POV: 1st, Dual
SPICE: 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
ANGST: Mild; this one was almost fluffy except for a few chapters of light angst (no breakup)
