Autoboyography
by Christina Lauren
Tanner moves from Palo Alto to Utah when he is 15, because his mom has an amazing job opportunity.
This move might be great for his mother, for him, a bisexual boy, it's incredibly hard to live in the middle of LDS country.
Things get even more complicated when he starts to fall for his TA in a writing class... a male TA, who is not only heavily involved in the Mormon church, but is a true believer himself.
This book was... incredible...
Hard hitting and emotional, I read the first 100 pages before bed and this morning, I read the rest in one sitting. I just couldn't put it down.
Tanner's story made me laugh, cry and feel every emotion in between, but above all, it made my heart ache for all the people out in the world right now, who are afraid to be who they truly are.
This is a beautifully written, very important story and I loved it!
