Very entertaining just like book 2 (reading out of order is fine and does not impact the undertanding of each book), however I did look book 2 slightly better.
We get an in-depth look at the Wisteria Society (aka Victorian gentlewoman priates) and follow Cecilia who is up for assassination. Her assassine, however, is playing a dangerous game with his contractors and tries to protect Cecilia at all costs.
House-stealing shenanigans and evoking gothing novels ensue.
