The premise of this book is a simple and often used one which is perfectly fine by me because I love this kind of push and pull, back and forth slow burn romance. But halfway through, I was rather irritated by the lengthy dialogues that seem to go nowhere and feels forced at times. I liked the characters enough I guess but still never felt enough to want to wholeheartedly root for them. Though I did really like it
when they finally put aside their insecurities and got together. I mean if you're a romantic at heart then you're definitely a sucker for such things.

Wouldn't say I would recommend this book but I wouldn't say I hate it too much either, it was a below average read but not entirely bad.
