Private plane crash mystery. Sixteen minutes into a short flight from Martha’s Vineyard to New York a private plane crashes into the ocean with 11 people on board. An artist and a four year old boy survive the impact and swim ten miles to shore, but was the crash an accident or something more sinister? The 11 characters on board are very well developed, which makes it an interesting story; there’s a billionaire media mogul, his wife and family, their body guard, a millionaire about to be arrested for money laundering and the stewardess, pilot and co-pilot. The news media generates its own opinions and story about the sole adult survivor (the artist/painter). In the end, it’s a simple story about human nature. I liked it.
