This book is short and to the point; it gives very simple suggestions for improving health. I purposely started the year off reading this instead of making a list of "resolutions"- here are 65 easy suggestions instead. Many are things most of us already do/know. I think I can: smile, be positive, stand up straight, and avoid juicing without any big life adjustments. Next change? Get a flu shot!
