10/10. This is the autistic love story of my dreams. I can't tell who I relate to more. Between Jacob's abandonment issues and Eve's fear of being a disappointment/failure and their combined autism, this book is perfect for me. I love that they were both scared to be in a real relationship because of their fears but still persevered and were able to be happy. This book made me laugh, cry, and be horny. I can't figure out if I like this book more or Chloe's book so I'll have to read them both again to figure it out. This is now one of my favorite romances of all time.
Graphic: Cursing, Injury/Injury detail, Sexual content, Abandonment, Car accident, and Mental illness
Minor: Alcohol, Emotional abuse, and Ableism
The book mentions and partially describes parental emotional neglect and the emotional effects of parental emotional neglect.
