I have never read a more raw book. Mccurdy has this incredible way of just flaying herself open. Her book shows her amazing depth of thought, intelligence and humour.
Somehow she made me laugh in this absolutely horrifying story.
I hope to see more from her as a writer if that is what she wants. If not, I am so grateful we have this book.
