For everyone who loved the Gallagher Girl books growing up, this one’s for you!! (This relationship is giving grown up Cammie and Zach iykyk) this was just what I needed right now: a fast paced, dual pov, campy, ridiculous (in a good way) spy book with really cute romance. If you’re not into the more light hearted, campy spy novels this will not be for you, but if you are, you will eat it up!! Also, I love a good ridiculous amnesia plot line.

I loved the reluctant partners aspect of the romance and how it was animosity to friends to lovers! I usually don’t like a broody man, but it worked in this instance! I liked his character growth, especially regarding his parents and his career/family/life balance. I will say this was more insta-love, but it worked with the fast paced plot of the book.

Overall I really liked it!! Was this a great literary masterpiece? No. But did I enjoy it and have fun reading it? Yes. So it’s a 4 stars from me.
