The Unfortunate Side Effects of Heartbreak and Magic by Breanne Randall
1.75
This book is all over. Plot holes, ridiculous use of serious topics for book decoration, unlikable characters, all meeting in yet another book about a woman giving up the things she wanted in life to keep the men in her life. Literally. What kind of book would we have if a woman had what she wanted in life, the power she wanted, if it didn't also curse her to eternal loneliness?
I'll leave the Christian witch thing alone. We can and do exist across many religions. It's not tied to a specific and some aren't religious at all. The recipes throughout the book were cute.
