Pride and Prescience: Or, A Truth Universally Acknowledged by Carrie Bebris

3.0

This book started out with such promise for me. I really liked how she wrote the characters of Lizzy and Darcy. As with Austen, you could see that they were in love, but she left all those scenes private. The part that did not work for me was the supernatural aspect of the plot. I hear that later books in the series don't have this aspect, so I may read more because I like the idea of the Darcys interacting with other characters from the Austen universe. All in all, a light easy read.
